Al has a deep love for people that is felt wherever he goes. He also carries a lifetime’s worth of experience when it comes to establishing order, security, and strategic processes, making his involvement at Innovate Academy priceless. As the Director of Operations, he develops and implements operational plans, ensuring that the procedures and practices of Innovate Academy are carried out efficiently, safely, and effectively. Al retired from the US Marine Corps and then served and retired from the US Environmental Protection Agency prior to joining Calvary Chapel Delaware County’s staff. He is married to wife, Sonja, and is blessed with their 6 children and 10 grandchildren.
