Running enthusiast and Innovate parent Randy Merkins will emphasize strategies for setting pace, personal goals during mid-distance running… and enjoyment. Scholars are responsible for coming to practice with quality shoes suitable for running, gym clothes, water, and a snack.

Scholars are training to run in an end-of-session 5K at Ridley State Park!
